The Culper Intelligence Group was founded by president and CEO Ronald J. Lowe. He is a licensed and Bonded Private Investigator in Virginia and New York State. With over 35 years’ experience in complex investigations and security, Ronald retired from the NYPD’s Intelligence Division. The Culper Intelligence Group takes its name from the Culper Spy Ring, General George Washington’s revolutionary era spies - the nation’s first intelligence agency. Operating in New York State area, residents of this group gathered intelligence which found its way to Washington and his army. This story can be viewed firsthand on the television series “Turn.”
